Hi Compass!
We're writing to invite you to give to teachers and staff for their Winter Break Gifts this year! Below are some options on how to show your appreciation this season.
Monetary Gifts (deadline Dec 11th) - Use THIS GIVING LINK to contribute to your child’s classroom teachers or other Compass staff by December 11th!
Personalized Cards (deadline Dec 16th) - We are encouraging all families/students to write their own Winter Break cards to teachers and staff, and drop them in one of the mailboxes provided by the front door for each building on both campuses. Please encourage your children to write a note to their teacher and drop it in one of these mailboxes before Monday, Dec 16th.

Winter Break Gift FAQs
What if some parents/guardians want to contribute with cash?
Using the link provided is preferred. (If families can only contribute cash, please send your own personal card with the cash in it. If you'd prefer to contribute an anonymous amount and prefer to only give cash, please leave it in an envelope in the front office, assigned to "CMEF Winter Break Gift" with their classroom/staff group on it (BY DEC 11th), and we'll make sure CMEF gets it for that teacher/staff.)
Does all of the money collected by CMEF get split amongst all the teachers/staff evenly?
You may choose which classroom or staff group, and the funds collected are for that specific group. The money does NOT go into one big pool of money for all teachers and staff, so families can choose where they allocate their contributions. All funds collected go to teachers and staff.
What if one classroom/group doesn't collect enough money?
CMEF will ensure all classrooms/groups get a minimum amount of money. If one falls short, the foundation supplements for that classroom out of foundation funds (not by pulling from another classroom's funds)
What if I want to give to the PE or Music Teachers or our Facilities Manager, etc?
They are considered "Admin/Staff"
