What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

The most inspiring thing about working with Compass students is to see the immense growth over the different three-year cycles. In high school, I get to witness students grow into confident leaders by the time they are seniors. 

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori? 

Compass is my first experience with Montessori. I recall driving by the Golden campus and wondering what that amazing school was. When I saw the opportunity to apply for a job here, I jumped on it. 

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank! 

Whistling! While I don't have any other musical talent, I can whistle.

Outside of work, I love to travel, even if it is just to the mountains for a quick weekend getaway.
