What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

Compass Montessori feels like a giant family! I love working with people who are happy to be here and realize we are doing something amazing! I love seeing the children grow up from a tiny little 3 year old to a grown adult graduating high school. It is amazing (though it makes me feel old!)!

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori? 

I was a Montessori child in Children's House. Then after college I didn't know what I wanted to do so I thought I'd become a teacher. I observed at a local Montessori school and was reminded how special it is. 

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank! 

I can eat a whole bowl of queso and chips by myself!!
