What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

What inspires me about working at Compass is the passion and dedication of all the staff. 

What is your favorite lesson in Montessori?

One of my favorite Montessori materials is the moveable alphabet.  I love to see children spell words and then go onto build sentences. 

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori? 

When I was a senior in high school I did my Senior Project comparing a Montessori preschool classroom to a play based model.  That is when I fell in love.  

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank! 

If we held a staff talent show my talent would be dancing.

I love the beach and being in the salt water!
