What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

 One of the most inspiring things about working at Compass is having the privilege to accompany children on their journey of becoming. Witnessing children finding their voice, their unique style & expression, their passions & gifts. Encouraging & cheering them through life's adventures. Being lucky to hold those precious & tender things that they choose to share.

What is your favorite lesson in Montessori?

My favorite Montessori  materials are the Montessori math materials. Fractions pieces, Stamp Game, Checker Board, and Racks & Tubes are  some of my favorites.

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori? 

My son - Isaiah

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank!
