What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

The children learn so quickly, and are so engaged when playing the drums and mallet instruments. The Children's House students are so eager to play the bells and sing songs with me. 

What is your favorite lesson in Montessori?

Montessori Bells! The way Maria Montessori and Anna Maccheroni designed the n=bells teaches students how to develop almost perfect pitch recognition. 

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori? 

My daughters started attending Compass. 

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank!
