What is the most inspiring thing about working at Compass, with students and/or in Montessori?

I feel inspired by the mission and the staff that help achieve that. I am also excited to work with both the parents, administrative staff, AND the students, especially as their coach!

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori?

My two children attend the Wheat Ridge campus in the elementary school levels.

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank!

I would perform all my weird talents such as wiggle my ears, roll my belly, make armpit fart sounds, cross my eyes, and even gleek!

I am a passionate ultra marathon runner!
