Everyone here cares about every child's emotional, mental and physical health as much as their education.

What is your favorite lesson in Montessori?

Work rugs- I love walking through the hallways seeing children working independently on so many different things

How were you introduced to the world of Montessori? 

I learned about Montessori while homeschooling my kids for 10 years and incorporated some of the principles. I then found Compass when it was time to transition to school and knew this was where they would thrive.

Fun fact - If we held a staff talent show, I'd wow everyone with my talent doing.....fill in the blank! 

Probably wouldn't wow anyone because my skills are super rusty but I used to play the accordion. I've been told I give the best mom advice and scary mom stares, is that a talent?
